Showcase your work

We invite you to showcase your research to the broad range of education professionals at our Research Conference 2022.

Send us a 3-minute video describing your work – a virtual take on the traditional poster presentation. Selected entries will be played between events in the official program, and their creators will receive a complimentary pass to the conference worth $190!*

* Excludes the Research Conference 2022 Masterclass.

Video contents

  • 3 minutes or less in duration
  • Relevant to the conference theme: ‘Excellent progress for every student: What will it take?’
  • 1920x1080 resolution (1270x768 minimum)

Video requirements

  • Explain your work clearly and concisely in language easily understood by a broad audience
  • Demonstrate how your learnings might be applied by others.

Please include in your submission:

  • Presenter’s name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Biography (maximum of 100 words)
  • Video file name (so we can identify your video)
  • Research presentation title
  • Relevance to Conference theme (maximum of 50 words)


If you’re uploading your video from a mobile device, it may be necessary or easier to upload the supporting document separately from a desktop or laptop computer. Please ensure you include the correct video file name in this document.


The Research Conference 2022 selection committee will choose the best to be broadcast between presentations throughout the conference program. Videos will be evaluated against these selection criteria:

  • The presentation title is clear and concise
  • The presentation content is relevant to the conference theme
  • The target audience/sector(s) is clearly identified
  • The presentation will be of interest to the identified audience/sector(s)
  • Learning outcomes are clearly identified
  • The theory or evidence base for the presentation is clear and valid
